Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction:
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("the Client") and SKYEBUZZ LTD ("the Company"). By availing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services:
The Company offers content management, ad campaigns, restaurant digitalisation, and other related digital marketing services as detailed in individual Service Agreements.

3. Service Agreements:
Specific terms, deliverables, timelines, and costs will be set out in individual Service Agreements. The Client must agree to these specifics before commencement of any project.

4. Payment:

  • Payments are due as specified in the Service Agreement.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Confidentiality:
The Company will ensure all data, marketing strategies, and other proprietary client information remain confidential unless explicit permission is granted for its release.

6. Termination:
Either party may terminate a Service Agreement for a breach of its terms after giving written notice. Termination specifics, such as notice periods and compensation, will be outlined in individual Service Agreements.

7. Intellectual Property:
All content, strategies, and campaigns developed by the Company for the Client will become the Client's intellectual property upon full payment. Until then, rights remain with the Company.

8. Limitation of Liability:
While the Company endeavors to provide exceptional service, it cannot be held liable for any indirect damages, like lost profits or revenues, arising from the use of our services.

9. Case Study Usage:

The Client grants SKYEBUZZ LTD the permission to use any content, campaign results, strategies, and other related work produced during the engagement for the purpose of creating case studies, promotional materials, and showcasing in the Company's portfolio. The Company will ensure any proprietary information or data is sufficiently anonymized or generalized to maintain the Client's confidentiality and proprietary rights unless explicit permission is given for its use.

10. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from these Terms or related Service Agreements will first attempt resolution through mediation. If unresolved, the dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.

11. Amendments:
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
